Edward Waske, Jr. – Chief Operating Officer / Accountable Manager 
FAA, Certificated Airframe & Powerplant Technician, who began his aviation maintenance career in 1971. 4 years’ experience with US Air Force as an aircraft mechanic. Former Senior Field Service Representative with Beech and Pratt & Whitney Canada. 

Maintenance experience on Hawker 400XP/BeechJet; King Air series; Citation Series; Hawker 800/1000; 
Dassault; Lear 60; Dehaviland; Shorts; Pilatus; Piper series; Dornier 328J; Gulfstream G200; Dor and TBM. Dr. Robert Martino, CEO
Dr. Robert Martino - CEO, Founding Member
Dr. Robert "Bob" Martino is a native of the Clarksburg area. He is a 1983 graduate of Washington Irving High School and a 1990 WVU School of Dentistry graduate. Following dental school, Dr. Martino practiced dentistry in the Bridgeport and Buckhannon areas. 

​Currently, Martino owns and operates 7 Dental Practices in West Virginia presiding as CEO over Wilmar Management Company.  They currently have over 100 employees in West Virginia.  The core value of the company is to serve West Virginia.  Wilson Martino Dental is very active in their communities including collecting Coats for the needy, Free dental day for kids at each of its locations, and a Candy Buy Back Program in which they buy kids extra candy at Halloween and then send it to our Troops overseas.

Dr. Martino is also a founder and CEO of EASW, a worldwide aeronautics company focused on repairing airplanes and their engines.  This business has a long list of exclusive clients including NetJets and Pratt Whitney.   EASW currently has 24 employees.

FAA, Certificated Airframe & Powerplant Technician and FAA authorized inspector, who has been in aviation maintenance since 2006. 7 years’ experience with US Army as an aircraft maintainer.
 
Quality Control Inspector and Maintenance Technician on Gulfstream G500, G600, G650. OEM/Flight Safety training on Gulfstream G650.


Mike Gray - Interim Training Supervisor
Mike Gray – Interim Training Supervisor 
FAA, Certificated Airframe & Powerplant Technician, who has been in aviation maintenance since 1967. 7 years’ experience with US Air Force as an aircraft mechanic and Quality Control Supervisor. Attended Tri-County Technical College in Charleston, SC to earn an associate degree in aviation maintenance.

​General aviation, corporate aircraft and turbine engine overhaul and repair maintenance with 20 years’ experience of managing FAA Repair Station Quality systems and ISO9000/AS9100 Quality systems at P&WC, Dallas Airmotive and Turbo Meca-USA. Also served as Company DAR at Turbo Meca-USA. OEM training on Beech King Air and Cessna Citation aircraft. Avco Lycoming; Continental; PW305A/B; PW306A/B; JT15D and PT6A-41/42 engines.
